Sunday Morning Worship

Worship is every Sunday morning at 9:00 am. Special services during Lent and Advent are held on Wednesdays. Those wanting to worship online can view our services on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@MessiahLutheranSkidawayIsland. Past recorded services are available there too.

Sunday Morning Coffee Hour

Join us after worship in our fellowship hall, where we have coffee, snacks, and conversation. 

Ladies of Messiah

Our Women’s Group gathers for breakfast once a month as well as organizes special events and outings for the women of our congregation and their friends such as a Ladies’ Tea and Women’s Weekend Retreat.

Men’s Group

Our Men’s Group hosts the yearly Oktoberfest as well as special events throughout the year. 

Fellowship Dinners

Members of the congregation are divided up into groups of 3-4 families and meet regularly at the home of a member, for fellowship and a time to get to know one another better. 

Music Ministry

Music is one of the pillars of our worshipping life together. There are several opportunities to participate in our music programs: 

• Chancel Choir, Men’s Choir, and Women’s Choir
• Handbell Choir, Brass Plus
